CopilotKit is unavailable (`!copilotKitAvailable`) 2. Action handler exists 3. Phase is not disabled 4. Marks content as confirmed 2. Navigates to SEO phase 3. Add loading spinners to action buttons during operations 2. Improve error messages with retry options 3. Add keyboard shortcuts for phase navigation 4. Implement undo/redo for phase actions 5.
