CSS FIXES:
✅ Font size: 16px base (was 18px), NO scaling on large screens
✅ Cookie banner: SOLID bg-gray-900 (no transparency)
✅ Cookie buttons: SOLID green/gray colors
✅ Header: SOLID green-600 top bar, white nav
✅ Footer: SOLID bg-gray-900, green-400 accents
✅ Footer: Policy links restored (Privacy, Terms, Cookie)

NO FEATURES REMOVED - CSS ONLY CHANGES

Build: 11 pages ✅
