fix: use EmDashHead page prop correctly (matching official template)

Official template uses: <EmDashHead page={pageCtx} />
Not: <EmDashHead emdash={...} pageContext={...} />

Also removed Font component from imports (causes esbuild parse error)
and uses Google Fonts link tag instead.
