Fix: Add hero images, restore services, fix font size and process bug

Fixes:
- Added 6 hero images (generated by AI) for all main pages
- Restored website-development and app-development services
- AI Automation now includes Chatbot (merged services)
- Increased base font size to 18px (was too small)
- Fixed process section connector lines overlap bug (z-index fix)
- Updated homepage with hero images as backgrounds
- All service pages now have hero images
