ใช้เป็นแนวทางถามคำถามลูกค้าก่อนเริ่มสร้างเว็บไซต์
1. ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน
1.1 ชื่อเว็บไซต์/บริษัท
- ชื่อที่จะแสดงบนเว็บ
- ชื่อในเอกสาร (ถ้าต่างจากชื่อบนเว็บ)
1.2 ทำอะไร?
