✅ COMPLETED: 1. Dockerfile uses port 80 (astro preview) 2. BaseLayout imports globals.css 3. globals.css with Tailwind v4 @theme syntax 4. index.astro has Header, Footer, FixedContact 5. All image references fixed to existing files 6. Hero uses hdpe_pipe_main.jpg 7. Before you open a PR, make sure to open an issue and discuss the problem you want to solve. I will not consider PRs without issues.

I use [gitmoji](https://gitmoji.dev/) for my commit messages because I think it's fun. I encourage you to do the same, but won't enforce it.

|
|
|
I check PRs and issues very rarely so please be patient.
