fix(Docker): require persistent DATA_DIR volume; add VOLUME + README data-persistence warning

Root cause of re-login failing after first-run setup: on EasyPanel/w/o a volume, the
container's /app/backend/data (users, incl. the changed admin password) is wiped on every
recreate, so logging back in with the new password fails. Added:
- ENV DATA_DIR=/app/backend/data (explicit) + VOLUME declaration in Dockerfile
- README 'Data persistence' section: must mount a persistent volume to /app/backend/data
Verified: backend + live server login>setup>relogin-with-new-password works (200); the
failure is deployment data persistence, not login logic.

Add :key="i18n.locale" to <router-view> so every view re-evaluates
i18n.t() when the locale changes, reliably updating all text (TH/EN).

fix(Docker): ship prebuilt frontend/dist, drop npm from image (removes 'vite not found')
...
The Vue SPA is now built locally and its frontend/dist/ committed (force-added).
Dockerfile is a single-stage runtime: copy prebuilt dist + python:3.11 + Flask.
No node/npm inside the image -> deterministic, no npm/esbuild postinstall flakiness.
To update UI: edit src, npm run build, commit frontend/dist/.

Add username-based login + mandatory first-time admin setup; push-ready
...
- User id/login = username (was email). Email is a separate settable field.
- Default admin: username admin / password 1234, must_setup=True.
- Login forces /setup on first login: set email + change password, then clears must_setup.
- New /api/auth/setup endpoint; JWT sub = username; admin routes use username.
- Frontend: Login uses username, router guard forces /setup, new Setup.vue (email + new
password + confirm), i18n EN/TH.
- Tests: test_setup.py added; all suites adapted (m0/m1/routes/security/setup/e2e) PASS.

Responding to the requesting-code-review independent reviewer (passed:true, zero blocking issues):
- get_group: hide sales_kit + report from trainees (they contain latent pain analysis)
- get_persona: add status==ready gate for trainees (parity with list_personas)
- Extend test_security.py with latent-leak + non-ready-gate assertions; all suites pass

- Fix path traversal on file upload (basename sanitize + resolve-containment)
- Fix IDOR: org + owner scoping on all group/chat routes (_authorize_group/_get_owned_group),
hide other users' personal groups in listings
- Remove XSS via v-html in Chat task (text interpolation)
- Add test_security.py (traversal + cross-user denial) — all pass
UX/UI (ui-ux-pro-max + frontend-dev-verification):
- Global: focus rings, 44px touch targets, hover/press transitions, input focus glow,
prefers-reduced-motion, skeleton loaders, empty states, back links, spinner
- Login: password toggle, autocomplete, spinner, disabled-when-empty
- Cards lift on hover; dashboard skeleton + empty state; analyze button spinner
All backend tests pass (m0/m1/routes/security/e2e); frontend builds; served SPA verified via curl.
